Getting Started
A Complimentary 15-minute Phone Consultation is a great way for us to meet and see if it makes sense to work together. It gives you an opportunity to ask basic questions about my approach and gives me a chance to learn about your situation and goals.
How long are your sessions?
Initial psychiatric evaluations are typically 60–90 minutes and may require more than one appointment when additional diagnostic clarification is needed. Follow-up visits are 25 or 50 minutes, depending on the type of care.
ADHD evaluations may require additional assessment because symptoms can overlap with anxiety, trauma, sleep disorders, brain injuries, and other conditions. The goal is to develop the most accurate diagnostic picture possible before making treatment recommendations.
